  Securely pack the products in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the completed returns form is placed inside the parcel to avoid processing delays.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix your preferred courier label and send the package to our New Forest headquarters; we recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

  Processing and Refund
